Development of a new Nespresso shop
The shop will have to integrate different spaces in this project, a space for the sale of capsules, a space for the sale of machines and accessories, a tasting space containing a bar area that can accommodate 20 people.
Theater extension in Lunéville
The municipality wishes to create a link between different cultural places and asks that the Théâtre la Méridienne become a real place of meetings and exchanges. Design a new space adjacent to the rear facade, in continuity with the existing hall.
This space is considered to be an extension of the hall and will make it possible to restructure the whole in order to be able to implement the various requests such as a bar during the representation or installation of exhibitions.
Renovation of the media library
The main idea of the project was to develop the digital offer in a city because today culture is completely integrated with digital. The three main areas of renovation are: the spaces, the services offered and the functioning of the structure.
The wish is to make the media library a place for everyone. The objective is to create a third place, between home and work, where exchange and relationships can be built around activities and centers of interest.
